Helping You Move From Overwhelmed to Resilient
Because trying to conceive shouldn't mean losing yourself along the way.
I'm Nicole, and I believe you deserve to feel supported, understood and empowered throughout your fertility journey — not just when you reach the outcome you're hoping for.
Through compassionate guidance, practical mind–body tools and a community that truly understands, I'm here to help you navigate the uncertainty, build emotional resilience and reconnect with yourself and the life you're living now.
My fertility journey didn't just change me personally. It also deepened the way I understand and approach emotional wellbeing.
For over 18 years, I've supported people through anxiety, trauma, grief and some of life's most challenging experiences. As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Somatic Therapist, Kinesiologist and Holistic Health Practitioner, I've developed an approach that brings together psychological therapies, body-based practices and holistic wellbeing.
But it was my own experience of 11 IVF cycles and pregnancy losses that gave me a deeper understanding of what women navigating fertility challenges truly need.
Because when you're caught in the middle of it all, being told to just relax, think positively or manage your stress isn't enough.
You need to understand what's happening emotionally and physically. You need practical tools that actually make sense in the moment. And you need someone who understands that resilience isn't about being strong all the time.
It's about knowing how to support yourself, even when life feels uncertain and overwhelming.
That's why I created Embodied Fertility Journey and the Fertility Resilience Program — to bring together the professional knowledge I've spent years developing with the understanding that can only come from having walked this path myself.
My approach is compassionate, practical and deeply personal. It's about helping you understand your emotions, reconnect with your body, build trust in yourself and discover what genuinely supports you through the hard days.
Because you deserve more than advice to stay positive. You deserve meaningful support, practical tools and the confidence that you can navigate this journey without losing yourself along the way.
You Can't Control Every Part of Your Fertility Journey. But You Can Learn How to Support Yourself Through It.
If trying to conceive has left you feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted or disconnected from yourself, I want you to know that you don't have to keep navigating it all on your own.
I created the Fertility Resilience Program to give you the understanding, practical tools and compassionate support I wish every woman had access to during this journey.
Through this supportive six-week experience, we bring together psychological strategies, gentle somatic practices and holistic wellbeing to help you:
- Understand your emotions and recognise your triggers, so you can respond to difficult moments with greater awareness and self-compassion.
- Feel more grounded when anxiety takes over, using practical mind–body tools that support you through overwhelming days.
- Break free from spiralling thoughts, so worry and uncertainty don't have to consume so much of your time and energy.
- Navigate grief, disappointment and the emotional ups and downs of TTC, without feeling pressured to stay positive or be strong all the time.
- Reconnect with yourself beyond trying to conceive, making space for the relationships, experiences and everyday moments that bring you joy.
- Build your own personalised resilience toolkit, so you feel more confident knowing what you need and how to support yourself when things get hard.
And just as importantly, you'll have the opportunity to connect with other women who understand what you're going through, in a space where you can feel seen, heard and supported.
My goal isn't to teach you how to feel okay all the time. It's to help you trust that you can navigate the difficult moments, without losing yourself along the way.
Because whatever your fertility journey brings, you deserve to feel supported, capable and connected to the life you're living now.
