When Did Trying to Conceive Become Your Whole Life?
Maybe you remember a time when your calendar was filled with holidays, catch-ups, celebrations and things to look forward to.
Now it's filled with appointments, cycle dates, blood tests and procedures.
You hesitate before making plans because you don't know where you'll be in your cycle.
You wake up thinking about supplements, appointments and what might happen next.
You find yourself constantly calculating dates, searching for answers and wondering whether this will finally be your month.
And somewhere between the hope, the waiting and the heartbreak, you've started to feel like you've lost a little of yourself.
The woman who used to laugh freely. Who made spontaneous plans. Who could enjoy a moment without thinking about what might happen next.
You still want the family you've been dreaming of. More than anything.
But perhaps you're also beginning to wonder…
What about the life I'm living while I'm waiting?
I want you to know something.
You don't have to choose between holding onto hope and taking care of yourself.
There is room for both.
It's not just the waiting. It's everything that comes with it.
Trying to conceive can affect almost every part of your life.
Do these sound familiar? -
- The spiralling thoughts: Constantly wondering what if or imagining the worst-case scenario.
- The emotional rollercoaster: Moving between hope, fear, disappointment and grief, sometimes all within the same day.
- The feeling of being out of control: Planning your life around cycles and appointments while having so little certainty about the outcome.
- The loneliness: Feeling misunderstood by people who care about you but don't quite understand what you're going through.
- The pressure to stay positive: Feeling guilty when you're struggling, angry, jealous or simply exhausted.
- The loss of yourself: Realising you've stopped doing things you love, making plans or enjoying the present because everything revolves around trying to conceive.
You've heard the advice to reduce stress, practise mindfulness, set boundaries and focus on yourself.
But knowing what might help and knowing how to support yourself in the middle of a difficult moment are two very different things.
When you're waiting for results, feeling triggered by another pregnancy announcement or trying to recover from another disappointment, you need more than general advice.
You need practical strategies that meet you where you are.
You need to understand what you're experiencing, recognise what you need and feel confident choosing something that can help.
And you deserve to have support alongside you.
Introducing The Fertility Resilience Program
A six-week journey from feeling overwhelmed and consumed by trying to conceive to feeling more supported, capable and connected to yourself.
The Fertility Resilience Program was created to help women navigate the emotional challenges of trying to conceive with greater understanding, self-compassion and practical coping skills.
Combining psychological strategies, gentle somatic practices and holistic wellbeing, this program offers a different kind of support.
Not another checklist of things you should be doing.
Not another reminder to think positively.
And certainly not another reason to blame yourself when things feel hard.
Instead, you'll learn to understand your emotional responses, recognise your needs and build a personalised collection of tools that support you through the ups and downs.
Together, we'll explore how to manage overwhelming emotions, navigate uncertainty, work with spiralling thoughts, protect your wellbeing and reconnect with the parts of your life that matter to you.
All within a compassionate community of women who understand.
The goal isn't to make every day easy. It's to help you feel more confident in your ability to navigate the difficult days.

Hi, I'm Nicole. And I know just how challenging this journey can be.
A little about me:Â
I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Somatic Therapist, Kinesiologist and Holistic Health Practitioner, with over 18 years of experience supporting people through anxiety, trauma, grief and life's most challenging experiences.
But I'm also someone who knows the emotional reality of trying to conceive firsthand.
My own fertility journey included 11 IVF cycles and 2 pregnancy losses.
I remember looking at my diary and realising I'd stopped making plans because I never knew when another appointment or procedure might come up.
I would wake each morning and mentally running through my supplements, injections and cycle dates before I'd even opened my eyes.
Â
I'd become so focused on trying to create the life I dreamed of that I'd lost touch with the life I already had.
I knew I couldn't control the outcome of my fertility journey, but I wanted to find ways to support myself, reconnect with who I was and make space for to feel happy again.
I created the Fertility Resilience Program because I know how challenging TTC can be and the toll it can take on our mental health, not just our physical health.Â
Having the right tools to navigate one of the most difficult experiences of your life is something everyone should have access to.Â
Fertility shouldn't be something you have to survive. I'm here to support you to keep thriving through life's challenges.
